About the Handbook
The Quantum-Safe Migration Handbook provides strategic and technical guidance for organisations—particularly Critical Information Infrastructure (CII) owners and government agencies—as they prepare for the quantum-safe transition. It highlights the urgency of the quantum threat, outlines key migration priorities, and offers practical frameworks for organisations to assess, plan, and implement quantum-resilient measures.
Complementing this effort, the Quantum Readiness Index (QRI) framework offers an assessment methodology for organisations to measure their readiness levels. Together, these initiatives position Singapore at the forefront of global quantum-safe transformation.
PQStation’s Role and Commitment
As a quantum-safe cybersecurity spin-off from Nanyang Technological University (NTU), PQStation is honoured to contribute insights drawn from our ongoing research and field implementations in Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) migration. Our contributions focus on real-world transition challenges, cryptographic inventory mapping, and integration strategies that help enterprises migrate safely and efficiently.
This collaboration underscores our continued commitment to supporting national and global efforts in building a quantum-resilient digital future. We believe that initiatives like CSA’s handbook not only raise awareness but also accelerate readiness across industries—bridging the gap between research, policy, and practical implementation.
